She combines over a decade of experience in the fitness and yoga industry and is teaching people like you how to cultivate new postures and skills combined with the ability to heal, all through movement.

Her goal is to help as many people feel stronger, confident and freer in their own mind body and spirit.

Danica is an extremely passionate Yoga Practitioner and Teacher and believes that everyone should have access to the wonderful wisdom that it brings. 

She has made it one of her missions to create classes that allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga through her playful but strong flows where all levels are welcome.

Danica has created an online community of people who want to practice with her called The Om-Strong Academy where we meet live x2 times per week to practise.

Danica also works with people on a 1:1 basis who want to start a yoga or calisthenics journey or those who want to work and improve on more skilled postures.

Danica is a highly experienced and skilled personal trainer. She specialises in injury recovery and prevention, mind to body connection, muscle building, fat loss, postural correction and flexibility. 

Her bespoke 1:1 training sessions provide an unforgettable experience where you will take away something new about yourself every time.
